After purchase, we will cut approximately 30cm from the soft leaf tips and pack them into a Nekoposu (Japanese postal service) box, ensuring they are not crushed (approximately 26 stems, 150-200 leaves).

Nekoposu delivery usually arrives within 1-3 days, excluding remote islands. For remote islands, delivery may take longer than a week depending on the weather, and there is a risk of the plants dying. To prevent issues, we kindly ask that you refrain from purchasing. Thank you for your understanding.

If the leaves appear wilted upon arrival, please soak them in plenty of water to rehydrate them.

Delivery is by post, so please check your mailbox. We have had customers who left the seedlings in their mailbox for too long, causing them to die. In case of product damage due to shipping trouble, Mercari will provide compensation. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please take photos (of the box condition, whether the seedlings had shifted, the condition of the damage, etc.) and contact Mercari's customer support for damaged items ??before leaving a review??. Mercari will investigate. Compensation will result in cancellation and a refund of the purchase price. ??However, after you leave a review, the transaction will be considered complete, and an investigation may not be conducted. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly sensitive or seeking perfection. I hope for a pleasant flea market experience between individuals.
