Temperature adjustment (default 45°C): Lightly touch the ↑↓ buttons. Each press of the ↑ button adds 1°C, and each press of the ↓ button subtracts 1°C. Timing (default 2H): Lightly touch the T/C button to switch to timing mode. Each press of the ↑ button adds 1 hour, and each press of the ↓ button subtracts 1 hour. The set timing is between 2H and 6H, and it will automatically turn off when the time is up. (Note: Please unplug the power cable if not in use for a long time.)
