This is a junk item. Used for 3 months. After turning on the power, an error message appeared in English. I contacted the manufacturer and it was restored to its original state. However, the same thing happened repeatedly, so when I requested a return, they stated that it was not a malfunction and therefore they could not accept a return or exchange.
I bought a Japanese brand laptop and left this one unused, covered in dust. It has not been initialized. The power turns on.
I am offering this as a junk item to someone who can use it.
