MTR FOSTEX DMT-8ver2 1.3Gb (HDD)
The HDD has been upgraded from the standard 540Mb to 1.3Gb, allowing for approximately 30 minutes of recording at a sampling frequency of 44.1kHz.
Includes the separately sold foot switch 8051 (for punch-in/out) and a soft case.
This is an 8-track digital multitracker, making it ideal for pre-production and home recording. Last year, it performed flawlessly from recording and mixing down to creating master tapes via digital output to DAT.
Includes the instruction manual. There are some minor scuffs, and as I have initialized it for this listing, I have not checked every function. Therefore, please understand it is sold as-is (No Claims, No Returns).
While recording and editing with DTM software on PCs is becoming the mainstream, the tactile operation of a physical desktop MTR deepens your understanding of the equipment and is a satisfying experience.
