Purchased new and used only once. To the best of my knowledge, the box, case, disc, and other items are in very clean condition.
However, there is one spot of staining on the pink sticker on the surface of the plastic. (Please check the first image.)

I cannot confirm its operation as my current PC does not meet the system requirements.
Also, I believe I was unable to deactivate it on my old computer where it was installed. I confirmed with Yamaha that this serial number has spare activation counts available, but I have no way to verify this myself, so please consider this information for reference only.

All accessories are shown in the images.
