Vintage Delft Blue Holland Hand Painted Sugar Bowl Windmill Floral Lidded Jar

I have a vintage Delft-style blue and white ceramic sugar bowl with an ill-fitting lid. It is hand painted with a Dutch windmill scene, floral decoration, scrolling foliage, and cobalt blue accents. The underside has a handwritten marking that includes “Holland.” It measures approximately 4 tall by 3 in diameter. Based on the style, decoration, and overall appearance, I estimate it dates to the 1970s. I like the classic Delft-style cobalt blue and white decoration, including the windmill landscape, floral medallion, and hand-painted foliage. The bowl has a rounded form, glazed finish, and a conical lid with blue finial. I see overall glaze crazing, light surface wear, and age-related marks and discoloration on the underside. The lid is ill-fitting and sits unevenly on the bowl. Please review the photos for the pictured condition.
