This listing is for a Maruzen CA870 genuine carbon outer barrel and shell tube cap.

Outer Barrel: 3K Carbon Fiber

*POM (Polyacetal): A material with excellent strength and durability.

Each part is machined using a lathe and milling machine.
The muzzle part's inner diameter is set to match the outer diameter of the genuine barrel, which holds the inner barrel centered. This improves shot grouping.
Additionally, a 11mm positive thread (female) is cut using a lathe.
By attaching an aftermarket 11mm positive thread to 14mm reverse thread adapter (approx. 800 yen), suppressors and tracers can be attached.
The muzzle part is fixed using heat shrinkage. It is fixed very securely and cannot be removed by hand. To remove it, cool it in a freezer (approx. -18°C) for about 20 minutes. It will come off due to heat shrinkage. When attaching, also cool it before installation.
For fine adjustment of the barrel position, move the barrel base.

By using the CA870 Carbon Outer Barrel Inner Barrel Spacer & Sound Absorbing Sponge listed separately, you can create an integrated suppressor.
In that case, cut the inner barrel by about 70mm and install the Non-Baiin 0.9J. This will result in a muzzle velocity similar to the genuine product.
When combined with Ikkaku, the firing sound will be significantly quieter with the high frequencies cut.
This is a recommended customization.
