Traditional Kokeshi 2-piece set Hand-painted Wooden Doll Folk Toy Showa Retro Crafts
10.00 $
Description
This is a set of two wooden Kokeshi dolls, featuring the warmth of hand-painting.
Their gentle expressions and designs are deeply charming, offering a delightful retro atmosphere.
The Kokeshi with a red hat is adorned with a Daruma pattern, while the black-lacquered Kokeshi depicts a landscape of mountains and a tower.
Both showcase the delicate artistry unique to handmade items.
As these are vintage items, there are some signs of age such as dullness and minor scuffs, but they are in relatively good condition.
They create a very lovely ambiance when displayed.
Recommended for interior decor in Japanese-style rooms or entryways, and also for collectors.
