This dress seems like a throwback to the 60s doesn’t it? I know that was my decade.There is a gathered peasant style bodice and some little straps so that puffy sleeve is actually off the shoulder and then it ties right around elbow length. I have shown at smock style and also with a chain belt only because I think chain belts are so cool and I’m from the 60s. This is a denim look but more of a light chambray fabric in excellent condition. Please see measurements this is labeled as a small but will easily fit a medium even a large almost
