This is a jubako (tiered bento box) of Ise Shunkei lacquerware.

There is an inscription on the bottom: Ise Yamada City, Domestic Lacquerware, Mitsunosuke Sammi.

It is estimated to be from the mid-Showa period.

This is a deeply flavorful lacquerware with a traditional wave pattern.

It can be used for special occasions such as New Year's and seasonal festivals.

It has been carefully stored at my grandparents' home and shows signs of age, such as scuffs, minor scratches, and signs of use.
We hope to pass it on to someone who can appreciate it as an antique item.
