Antique 1920s Art Deco Beaded Swag Purse Flapper Reticule Bag

True Vintage Antique – Circa 1910s/1920s Edwardian to Early Art Deco Era.This is a beautiful, highly collectible swag or loop glass-beaded drawstring reticule pouch (also known as a dolly bag).   Hand-knitted with clear glass seed beads over black thread, creating a striking vertical geometric wave pattern.  Condition Details:  Exterior: Excellent antique condition. The glass beadwork is entirely intact with no major bead loss, missing loops, or loose strands. The drape and fringe remain beautiful.  Hardware: The original silver-tone drawstring chain runs smoothly through the top rings. There is zero rust, zero tarnish, and no corrosion.  Interior: Features the original burnt orange/salmon ruched silk lining. Please note that the silk shows splitting/shattering typical of 100-year-old weighted silk (see photos).   It is still structurally sound to hold light items, but reflected in the price.  A stunning piece of history, perfect for collectors, Great Gatsby themed events, bridal wear, or historical display.
