Vintage Copy - The ABC of Herb & Spice Cookery, 1957, Hardbound with Dust Jacket

This first edition copy of The ABC of Herb & Spice Cookery by Peter Pauper Press is hardbound and has a dust jacket. It includes recipes from the  Spice Islands Company, quaint herb and spice -related rhymes, and whimsical drawings by Ruth McCrea. The book is in very good condition with a tight binding and intact, unmarked pages. The hard cover is in excellent condition. The dust jacket shows light wear at the edges and corners and a tear at the bottom of the spine.  There is small area of residue from a price sticker and a few small smudges on the front. The pages show some age-related yellowing. (See photos for details.) The book measures approximately 7.5 x 4.5 x 3/8 inches. A lovely, useful addition to any kitchen. 61 pages.
