Please note: Waxed garments naturally develop a distinct wax/oil scent, especially when they have been worn or stored. Because they cannot be machine-washed, the waxed finish and its aroma are part of the garment's character. This scent is normal for waxed cotton and is sometimes perceived as 'musty,' but it is simply the natural smell of the waxed finish. There is no mildew or mold.
