Very very very rare. Envelope is very fragile, is falling apart and has been taped. Has an address label on the outside. Pattern has been cut and is only missing the guide for trim and guide for trim binding (the lace along the neckline in View B). (I personally counted each of the pieces myself!) No tears or rips in the pieces. Butterick vintage sewing pattern 3699. Size 10T (TEEN, NOT TALL), 30 bust. Butterick created patterns inspired by the 1965 film The Sound of Music and featured in Ladies' Home Journal with the film actors modeling them.
